Our Process
Step 01 /
Submit Inquiry
Begin by sending an email to info@matriarentals.com, (or click the 'Quote' tab option above) specifying the equipment you require and providing your preferred pickup and return dates. We will respond with a quote, including additional documents:
Step 02 /
Prepare Order
After completing all necessary paperwork, we will prepare your order for pickup. If you require door-to-door delivery and pickup at an additional cost, please inquire via email, and we will include this in your quote.
Step 03 /
Return
Once you have finished using the equipment, simply return it to our facility. Our team will check in the gear, and make sure all pieces are in working order. We appreciate it if you could take a moment to leave us a review of your experience and follow us on IG.
